Cedar Pines Resort - South Lake Tahoe

We loved the cozy, cabin-like vibe of our stay. The location is perfect for family outings, with skiing and hiking trails nearby. Plus, the fresh linens on the beds, and our dog had plenty of space to roam outside.

My kids wished for more outdoor seating to enjoy the surroundings. Having chairs on the patio would have made a big difference for our family.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met my needs, recommend it. The room was super comfy and with exceptionally comfortable beds. Location: the hotel was just next door to all the local shops and Starbucks. I tried some drinks at bar The Beach Hut, located 15 minutes walk away.

The cabins could really use a deep-cleaning and upkeep!!! There were broken blinds, missing outdoor furniture, and the kitchen lacked basic consumables!!! It was like the maintenance staff could do more to address these issues!!!

The dining space could use more comfortable chairs, making it a bit uncomfortable during meals.

The staff was really nice and friendly. The location was great, just a short distance from Lake of the Sky trail. The room was super comfortable, with a stove in the living area and an electric heater in the bedroom. There were plenty of good options for breakfast.
